Odometer Check?
Is there any way to tell how many times an odometer has rolled over? My 76 says 3065 now and i dont know whether its on its 1st,2nd or 3rd time around.I'm hoping its only been once.Everything looks pretty good inside and out.

The average mileage of a regularily used vehicle without taking major trips across the country is 12,000 miles/year.
76-02 is 26 years
26 x 12,000 = 312,000 miles
It would be pretty well worn unless it was babied.
Go from there.

Odometer Check?
It is a pretty tough thing to check with these five digit counters. Mine reads 45,000 KM's roughly right now and I am fairly certain it is second time around - it was at 97,000 KM's when I got it and research showed that to be accurate - Original owner is a friend of the family and the truck had been sitting in a garage for 6 years before I got it. Its main purpose was to go to the tabbacco fields to check on workers and it's last duties were moving a riding lawn mower from time to time.
So if you can, try to track down owners and service records - it is the only way to know.
