Driveshaft
Ok I have a 03 f250 sd cc .I have found a squeeking sound coming from the inside of the secondary driveshaft.I have worked on cars before but I never heard of the driveshaft itself making a noise.Special driveshaft? I checked all the U joints, bearings center support and the sound seems to coming from rear portion of the driveshaft. I know replacing the driveshaft will cure the problem but I would like to know what causes it. Anyone run across this kind of problem? Thanks for any help.

Well your never to old to learn something new. With everything needing "sepcial" lub or fluid ,is there a special lub for this or would a bearing grease be ok ?
