53-56 front brake hardware
Ok guys, here is my question. Is the front brake hardware the same on a 53 F-250 as it is on a 56 F-100? I know the drums will be different, but what about the rest? Will the hubs switch right over? I have a banging deal on a front axel set up, and I REALLY need to change over to 5 lug from 8 lug. The guy said he has the whole front axel from a 56, but he doesnt have the brake parts(springs, shoes, cyls, etc etc).
He also has a 56 steering box that is in good shape for like $30. Will that convert over as well? Or is it different? Thanks in advance guys!
