Quick Question About Heater

Recently i took out my AC condensor. I don't want anything under the hood that i don't absolutely need. Now the question, will the heater still work properly, or not at all, w/o the AC condensor? I still have the condensor and will re-install it if need being.

awesome! last winter, the heater was working fine, then just stopped blowin' in the warm air. You can feel the air coming in the vents, it was not cold as if it were sucking in air from an outside source or anything. it just didn't feel warm at all even at fulllll blast! Anyone suggest possible solutions? Know what the problemo is?

the blend door is not working properly. maybe a bad vacuum hose. do a search and you will find the answer.

The blend door is in the duct work in front of the passenger, and near the firewall where the blower box enters the cab. You can't get to it from inside, it is easier to see if you take the engine side blower box apart. I don't recommend that, but it is good to clean that box out once and a while. It is controlled by vacuum. You have a vacuum line that feeds the blend door,( try searching white vacuum line, or rotted vacuum line) and there is also a vacuum reservoir somewhere nearby, either a pill-shaped cannister attached in the area, or it is a plastic box (5x7x1) inches physically glued to the blower box. Also if you have ever received any check engine lights or are getting strange EGR codes your vac lines may be broken or leaking.
