a/c with swap
pulled 300. building 302, have all original brackets from donor truck(86, going into 84) would like to keep ac, but donor didnt have a/c, and will parts from boneyard place a/ on same side as 300? if so, i'll fab old air pump bracket into freebie. any insights? thanks everyone, been busy

For a pro opinion, as I have no idea which side the compressor mounts, go to http://www.aircondition.com/ or http://www.ackits.com/ forums. Post your question there. OR here on ford-trucks, there is an A/C section further down the page from the Engine section. The A/C sites will even tell you if it is feasible to convert from R12 to 134 using the same evap & condenser. For free.
