Looking to try an experiment and needing to see if anyone has the "586 option" head unit in their 2005 F150 truck that they now have sitting around after an upgrade.
I would like to try and see if I can retro it into my 2005 F250 KR. If someone has upgraded to a new head unit and would like to depart with it or make a few $, I would be willing to try. I am trying to keep the "factory" look and would really like the MP3 feature. (something lacking in the 250 options)
Sorry- - I'd rather give you the steering wheel than the stereo, it's nifty. A big upgrade from my 04 SD stereo. I wonder if the subwoofer bo?) will fit under the rear seat on a 250, the fold-out under-seat platform could get in the way. Good luck, if you can swing it you'll like it.
