Does any one make a programer for a '98 F-150 w/ 5.4 that you can change more than just the shift points and rev limiter? And if anyone knows of a good performance chip please post also.

I don't know of a tuner that does speedo changes for a 96 to 98 F150. You can change the gear in the tranny to correct your speedo.
