Smile Thank-You!

I just want to say a big THANK-YOU to all who came out to the truck show in Arthur. Not just to show support for the show but it meant a lot meeting all you guys. It is nice to put a face with names. So here is a list of people I met.

lil read - First guy I 'bumped' into. We didn't get any pictures of his truck but it was pretty nice. Too bad he sold it.

truckfarmingcanuck - Jeff came with his F-150 7700. He left before we got pictures as well. But it was nice. He stayed in our hotel but we didn't find out what room. Lucky for him.

lancer - Lance came with his wife and his 99 F-250 with stacks. Man that sounded SWEET! It looks cool too. Don't believe me...check it out yourself: https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...=86803&width=0

Red Ford Truck - Rick was there again this year but with his 79 F150. Nice truck with a lot of potential...especially if he does what he wants to do! I won't tell you...you will have to see when he gets done!

brents - Brent made it to the show with his wife and son despite Joanne getting ready to BURST ANY second! He showed up with his 99 F-350 diesel and his son's 79 F-100. https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...=86806&width=0

By the way...I LOVED the plastic garbage bag on the seat of the 99! LoL!

53Merc - Al introduced me to Gerry and his 53 Mercury M100. NICE TRUCK! Gerry is the guy on the right (with the hat).

loudfords - Chad came on Sunday for the afternoon with his 79 F-150. We didn't take any pictures because I figure I have enough of him in my other gallery from the July meeting.

Dealford - Man what a treat! Got to meet the guy who has harassed me for the last few months (and I am sure some of you users too). He brought his two kids along in his 97 Ranger. Have fun with those stickers Al. Did you put them on any Dodges yet?

So, those are the people I met. I THINK I got everyone. I know there were a couple others there but they left before I got to them. That's ok...there is always next year.

-Matt

Oh yeah...Tim was there taking pictures for us too. Thanks Tim!

P.S. Because I know you are all jealous of my Focus...here is a picture for you: https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...=86799&width=0

And to make you ALL more jealous...I got 31 MPG with my Focus...round trip.

Am I the only guy...

That enjoys stirring the pot????????????
Chucks Dodge will be getting the smaller, shaded grey bumper sticker. The logo & the full colour bumper sticker were too big to fit his back window nicely.
I gave a bumper sticker to one of the mechanics at Service Plus today (well established garage in Leaside) because they have a regular customer with a Studebaker pick up and a 48-54 Chevy pick up for sale. Just had to remind them that Fords are popular too.
Just to end this post, I have only one word to say......................WATERFORD.
AL.

Thanks to you Matt & Tim,
Sorry we didn't get some real time to chat... I was all caught up with packin up, swappin' and cookin' burgers from SOCP's freshly minted trailer/BBQ!
Thanks for getting those stickers made up, they look great. Mine is already afixxed to my trailer.
