More CEL problems
SO, I pulled the codes today and it said the power steering pressure switch was open, could this cause a poor performing truck i.e stalling, fuel clouds out the pipes & a rough idle?
I'm going to replace the O2 censor tonight and see if that won't help.
And to think, this all started with the talk of selling the truck....

I believe there are three inputs required from the driver during KOER test:
tap the brake, spin the wheel, and goose the throttle. These are to be done after the computer prompts the driver.
Did you have stored, "continuous codes" and what where they?
PS. that power steering code may have happened because of an improper procedure, but it can be erased by removing the STI test jumper during the continuous codes tests, stopping mid test resets stored codes to zero. Retry the dynamic test and I bet that code doesn't return.

I read a thread a couple days ago about cleaning the throttle body and parts corrisponding items, what am I looking for??

Took it about two days of rough idle and my the third the truck was back to normal. Ironically what made a major difference, maybe just ironic, but I went plunging through a huge puddle, and it got better I'm guessing it was the WOT that helpped clean things out.
