I have a transmission that came with one of my junk flatheads that I believe to be a 4-speed but the markings on the transmission are not familiar to me.
The numbers I have been able to locate are as follows:
On the passenger side of the transmission: 58T-7006
**************************** N8
On the driver's side of the transmission: WG CO (or Zero)
************************** T-1A (for some reason the "eight" and "D" keep turning into a smily face. It should read the letter "T", the number "8", and the letter "D" -1A )
It looks an awful lot like the band brake-heavy duty three speed that I have whicih is a T87D but the shift patterns seems to bear out that this one is a four speed.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
