I have an old '92 Explorer and now the Rear rockers are rusting out. I don't want to pay $500-1000 to have this professionally fixed nor do I have any welding tools or skills. Is there any way to temporarily fix this? I've heard everything from "You can't fix it" to use brillo pads and bondo???
I just want to gap it up and make it pass inspection. I'm not even sure if its a state safety inspection item or not but I need to do something.
Please help. Even if its not a professional perfect solution i'd like to do something because I would like to keep it at least one more year.
boring topic huh? lol. Well I think I am gonna the spray foam and then bondo it up tight. I thought the pictures might have helped fora visual but oh well...lol
