Performance rotors for 2005 XLT?
Anyone know why the search function is no longer available?
Since I couldn't search, I read a few threads so now I understand the issue with the soft rotors on the Escape. I have been doing a lot of off-roading with my '05 and the brakes are obviously in need of some work, with just over 38k miles.
I am thinking of switching to slotted and drilled rotors, along with matching ceramic pads. Any input about this? Is it a good idea? If so, any tips on brands and sources? I am currently looking at the Raybestos Bruteforce rotor.
