Smile no vehicle certification label?

Hello forum,

I am running an 86 ranger 2 wheel drive 2.3L that I've just discovered has the vehicle certification label worn off the door. I need to figure out the GAWR of the vehicle in order to get the exact tire size needed. It had oversize tires when I bought it and the speedo is wrong... says photo radar 2 times in a week...
Any thoughts on how I can do find the proper tire size without an owner's manual or this sticker?
Local dealer cannot get a new sticker and in fact can't access info on this old a model.
Have a call into ford Canada but have yet to hear back from them.
In the meantime I have had 195/75R14 tires installed but need to confirm the proper size for our local police sargeant...

thanks for any suggestions
