Good luck! Only Ford engineering is likely to be able to tell you that. There are those who can give you their seat of the pants opinion on what it may have done to their truck. Ford no longer lists the calibration updates and the "fixes" they contain. It used to be listed in the Dealer Connection web site for us technicians but that was put to an end well over a year ago.
