E4OD differences

E4OD differences
I just happened to click on the US Diesel Parts link up top there, and was looking at transmissions. They have E4ODs for 1990-1994, and then E4ODs for 1995-1997. What's the difference?

I think that after 94 they upgraded the tranny, and made it a stronger version of the original. Because you can get a 93 E4OD with the 97 upgrades. I think the tranny is the same, just the internals are stronger. But don't quote me on that i'm not sure.
