New Engine Troubles...
I just put a new engine in my 93 F350 ... 5.7 W. I replaced the old with a 94 roller setup. The bottom end is stock with the exception of a low torque roller cam. I put windsor jr heads and full roller rockers on the top. While removing the old engine I broke the EGR tube on the front of the exaust manifold. So naturally I removed the rest of it. I left the EGR valve on and just plugged it. Then capped the two holes in the back of the heads. The sencors were also capped at the vaccume lines. I dont have any engine codes to speak of.... Now the bad. I have no more power than my old engine which had over 200,000 miles on it. I have water coming out of what looks to be the back of the exaust manifold on the passenger side. Ive played with the timing and it doesnt seem to do anything for it... So what is the deal. I built the same motor for my old bronco and it pulls hard,,, carberated of coarse.
