Edge with Attitude

If anyone cares to hear it.

I just had this combo installed on my 00 PSD CC DRW and...well....holy crap.
The five settings on this thing are very driver friendly. On the "mileage" setting I can get 19.5 to 22.5 mpg on or off the highway.( this is with me and a light foot) The "drive" setting acts like my old superchip with smooth powerband all around. The "race" setting is well, the race setting and you can tell. Then there's the "extreme" setting, and it is. I actually got the truck to bark the duals! The guage readout is easy to read even if the module is about the size of a pack of cigs.
Being able to change the settings on the fly is a great feature, and I know that others have this as well. The peak alarms keep you in check when towing or going ***** deep into fuel.
I guess the most noticeable change for the Edge is the torque that is present through all of the settings and the powerband.
Being able to change the low boost curve is sweet too. No smoke, or black cloud from hell.

the only downfall I can see at the moment is the way the 4th and 5th setting change the shift points for a harder shift. Very hard shifts. I suppose that is why they have the Evolution so you can actually mess with line pressures.
I look forward to more testing with this thing. We will see how it does with the gooseneck and a 14K lb Case.
