The job only takes around 10 minutes and is very straight-forward. Just be very careful around the fan blade edges. They are razor sharp and will do a number on unprotected flesh.
The thing you will need to get if you don't have it already is a 1/2 inch drive socket wrench and/or some other longer-handled wrench (like a torque wrench). The hole in the tensioner pulley is a 1/2-inch square hole, and accepts the male end of a 1/2-inch drive wrench. (whereas most "home use" socket wrench sets are 3/8-inch drive).
With this tool the job is easy, although it is maybe not 100% obvious as to what the easiest way is to thread the new belt on (even with the picture). You don't need to slip it over the fan blade, but there is a bit of a trick in knowing where to insert the first "loop" of the belt. If you search this forum using "serpentine replacement", or something like that, (or maybe it is "serpentine installation"), there is a post from someone who describes the process in great detail.
I just did this as part of replacing my Expy's alternator, and the belt replacement went smoothly.
