Question cab and bed

I'm not sure what I'm trying to ask, but... Did the cab and bed styles change at all between '69 and '73? I mean I know the back windows are smaller on a '69 versus a '73, but what about the height of the cab, or length of the beds offered.

What it all comes down to is will a canopy off a '96 longbed fit a '69 longbed? I kind of wanted the other info for myself and didn't feel like searching for my Ford owners bible.

351, 67-72 are basically the same with some cosmetic differences.

Yes the topper should fit, grab a tape measure to make sure.

In 73 the body line changed on the truck from a half circle out to a half circle inward.

The foward rake of the back of the cab also changed. the 67-72 cab is more verticle that the 73-79.

Almost no sheet metal is the same. The glass (except for the rear window) fits. The tailgate will fit but it's a different style. The front bumper is the same from 64-77.
