axle tag question

axle tag question

I am not sure how to read these tags. they came from 2 diffrent trucks both 4x4s

1. this one out of the rear of a 78 F250. 3 54 D9TA BNB
603901-10 L S

2. this one out of the front of a 77 F250 ED2 D6TA AAE
610005 1R 4 09

I am wanting to put this set in a truck I was told when I bought the trucks they both had 4:10 gears but I am not sure. THANKS for any help...

so I wont be able to use this set of axles as a match set.

No, you will need the 4.09 > 4.10 set or the 3.54 > 3.55 set
