Electrical-no power

1993 Mercury Topaz 2.3l
I'm not getting any power to the heat/ac blower motor fuse. Everything else works. Where do I look for answers?

You don't have any power to the Un-protected side of the fuse ?

I ran out of daylight today after changing the blower motor. I checked the fusable link off the battery, but it's good. I'll just look around some more. No breakers, one fuse, and it checks good.

I haven't been able to access that just yet. There is no voltage at the fuse terminals.
