Electrical problem

Having electrical problem with my 1994 ford F150. I have check all fuse and relays and my horn and cruise control have stop working. Need help in find problem. Thank.

I bet your airbag light is blinking a 3-2 code

Its called the clockspring, its in the steering column and is a dealer only part that costs about $100.
I just wear my seatbelt.

Electrical Problem

Is this clocksspring hard to change out or is it's best to take to a repair shop.
