2002 F-250 with 51k miles. Turn signal lights and indicator not working (Hazards do); overhead console is out as well; heated seats inop. Few days later began hearing a flapping noise when AC is on. Turned it off but let fan run, still heard flapping noise. AC continues to work but is stuck sending air to the windshield (defog mode).
I haven't checked the turn signal bulbs yet; I can't imagine them all burning out at once. if one were out, I should have gotten the rapid blink on the indicator.
Is there a relay in common to these systems? I looked for burnt wires, nothing yet.

Suggestions....what will go out next?
Your AC vent controls are controlled via vacuum pump under the hood. First thing to check with all of this is the fuses that relate to them. Sounds like you have a fuse that is blown, bad part, if you do have a blown fuse, why did it blow? Replace fuse, with the same size, slowly turn all the accessories on, if possible. Check all the wiring to each unit. If the vacuum pump is on the same fuse as the rest, you might start by disconnecting the pump, as it probably draws 2 amps or so at full load.
Cangim, thanks for responding. All fuses checked good; there were about five or six that didn't have power until I turned on the headlights. But nontheless all good. The turn signal lights and heated seats, are on different circuits (fuses). I haven't found any specific fuse that powers the overhead display console. I'm beginning to suspect the combination switch in the steering console: have power, lights work (but not when actuated by the turn signal lever). Maybe it's coincedence that the overhead display went out around the same time. I'll try troubleshooting for another day, if no success, then off to the dealer service department.
