Mystery Squeak
I've got a strange intermittent squeak coming from the rear of my '05 XLT. It sounds very similar to windshield wiper squeak but it's definitely not the rear wiper but it definitely sounds like it's coming from inside the cabin. I don't have an air suspension system so it's not an air pump. It's happened on the highway, in town, sitting in a drive-through (in drive with my foot on the brake), while turning, while driving straight, smooth road, rough road, etc. I'm unable to find any one situation where I can make it produce the squeak on a regular basis. Any ideas?
