Minature Border Collie

Hello, just wondering if anyone has heard of a minature border collie. If yall have any pictures, info, anything about them if you could post it. Dad wants some info to show momma. Think he wants to get one for my little sis. Thanks, Garrett

AMAZING dogs. I have no info to post (although I'm sure someone will be along soon...), but they're among the most intelligent, kindest dogs around.

Is there such a thing as a miniature Border Collie? Border Collies come in a variety of sizes- just find a breeder that has a smaller-size family going. Great dogs, but they need a job to keep those very active minds engaged.

I've got 3 bc's the 3yr old weighs 70lbs, the 2yr old weighs 40lbs and the 8mo old weighs 30lbs.

Scout, the oldest, has severe hip displaysia so his inability to get around good is why he is so over weight.

Buddy, the 2yr old, runs non-stop. He is one of the most active dogs I have ever seen, and this is why he is so skinny.

Dasher, the pup, does nothing but try to heard Buddy so he gets a pretty good workout.

when I was a kid we had a 1/2 BC 1/2 Old English Sheep Dog. What a great dog! They normally love to run and love to work. Not a good breed if they are left alone for long periods in the house.

My aunt used to have 2 of them. I think they are called "shelties" if I am not mistaken. Very obediant well mannered animals in my opinion.
