I've had my 76 F100 for 4 years now and in that time I've not been able to locate any of the interior pieces in the stock green color. Sure there's the option of painting the pieces; however, in this solution there are 2 inherent problems. 1. The paint flakes off and 2. there is no paint that I have found (even dulled) that matches the proper color. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
If you use the right type paint intended for painting plastic and vinyl, it won't flake off. Also consider painting alot of pieces, so that the cab has a 2 tone green color scheme,(say dash pad, and door panels or better yet, paint everything another color all together.

i have a 77 f250 with a dark jade met. ext color and the interoir is dark green also. i know that in the future i will be replacing some plastic pieces and i have decide to go with black. that way it will be two-tone interior of dark green and black. i think it will look good. i have black floor mats now and black door cups on the arm rest to close the doors. think about it maybe you will agree with me maybe not, just a suggestion for you to try. good luck on what ever you do and i hope it all turns out your way. leo
what you need is a Dye not a paint, paint will not last. I have recently dyed some dooor panels green for my truck. Specialty paint shop can match the color if you bring them a sample. the dye is a laquer based product and has to be sprayed on, but dries very fast.
where are you at? I may be deleting the green interior from my 76 crewcab, its light green inside, and teh rear seat is flawless, and the ranger door panels are ok. carpet is ok, headliner is toast (front) back ok. I suspect that a front ranger headliner could be cut from the back if there is enough material. I will look tomorrow.
