Is anyone having problems with their tow boss? I Tow a 30' horse trailer and just purchased an f350 2005. I' under the weight allowed but the tow boss is not activating my brakes under 10 miles, heating the truck brakes and activated the anti-lock brakes. I'm getting a violant pulsating/bucking from the abs. Its put me through 2 red lights and now ford wants to install a prodigy

Just towed for first time with '05 F250 w/Tow Command System. 32 ft. Travel Trailer, about 7500lbs. Guess what? It failed, would not operate the trailer brakes. Scary as hell with the front truck brakes bucking and squealing like there were metal shards in them.
Fortunately I was only a few miles down the road from the RV dealer where I purchased the trailer. Went back to their shop and the technicians hardwired a closed loop from the connector at truck bumper and spliced into trailer pigtail to get me home safely. Worked fine after that, but fairly certain my truck front rotors are ruined. Into the dealer next week for diagnosis.

Your terminoligy is wrong. The Tow Boss is a 4.30:1 rear axle. The Tow Command is a brake controller.
I can't remember if it is this site or another, but I saw another thread with this same problem happening. 2 things here: in some '05's not sure of the exact build dates, the Tow Command will not work under 15 MPH; second thing the Two Command will not work on electric over hydraulic brakes which just guessing it sounds like you might have.
