Headache rack

Looking for ecomendations on a headache rack. Am looking for somehting with integrating reverse and back up lights or at least the ports for me to add them later!

There are many options, I have a back rack, check my gallery for pics (https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...6&albumid=8322). They have may optional mounts that you can add lights to. I like it because there is no drilling to install it...
