Carb choice?

I have a stock 360 and I just replaced the intake and carb. It used to be a 2bbl carb. Now its a 4bbl Holley 650. It seems to idle pretty good but sometimes sputters a little bit when starting, did I go to big with the carb or could it be something different? Could it just be putting too much gas in to the motor? The timing is all good so I know its not that. Any ideas? Thanks

Most carb problems are cause by the power valve or a leaking butterfly rod.

Do the test with a can of carb cleaner by spraying it all around the carb but in the air horn, listening for a engine running change.
