I was looking through the pile of stuff taking up room in my shop and found the off-the-shelf pickup headliner that I used for a template in making a liner for my panel truck. It's a little frayed around some edge, but still fine for use as a template. Will be happy to share. I used some home depot composite board covered with vinyl for my liner.
I'd be happy to ship it out to you. I still have the box it came in. It is a pickup headliner and will be handy to come up with the curves above the windshield & cab and over the doors. The rest of the panel will require educated guessing & some trial and error.

What do you mean by composite board - masonite? Wouldn't think that would flex enough. I'm getting ready to think about headliners and kick panels, so this is very timely.
Please let me know how you formed the curves, that seems to be the tricky part to make look good. I've heard of wetting the back side of the cardboard headliner, steaming it, etc. but wouldn't think that would work with masonite.
