I have a '76 F250 2X4 supercab.
The front reservior(for the rear brakes) goes empty(about once every two months or when I really need it).
In fact it leaks out the cover. I rebuilt the back brakes last spring and replaced the master about two years ago. The cover, seal and lip on the master seen to be O.K. Is there a reason for this pressure build up?

Thanks, Rief
The rubber seal in the M/C for the secondary circuit has failed and the back pressure from the other primary circuit is forcing fluid into it leaking around the cap then sucking it back out.
Check for leaks besides the M/C.
There are no leaks in the rest of the system. Does
it sound like I need to replace the M/C?
Would the compensating valve have something to do with it?
Thank you,
Rief
