I got mine from local auto parts store. they close around the fuel line creatine a sort of cone, which you force back against the filter. there real easy to use. Fuel spits al over the place and usualy drips down int your arm pit. Wear safty gogles and and I used dish gloves last time, they worked pritty well. The fuel will only run out for a little bit and then stop. most came out of the front line for me, just have a pan handy to catch it. Hope this wasen't to confusing.
Thing to remember is push the fuel fitting TOWARDS the fuel filter, then insert the tool, it'll come apart much easier.

What I do when I change mine is to let the motor idle, and pull fuse # 19 (the fuel pump fuse on my '01) and let the engine die. That way, the pressure is gone without spilling fuel all over.
Put the fuse back, and disconnect the battery for a half an hour to reset the computer - pulling the fuel pump fuse will usually log a code in the computer, and it's a good idea to reset the computer anyway because it'll be getting more fuel than it used to with a clean filter ...
