Boy, that's in brutal shape for a western truck! That usually means it's been driven on dirt roads or muddy roads a lot, so my guess would be it was a Forest Service or BLM truck. The blue paint under the red looks too light to be Air Force colors. A shame it wasn't rescued before it got this far, that has to be a really rare truck, both Crew Cab and 4x4.
