1994 Mazda Engine Just Quit
Please help, just quit last nite. Driving along and nothing, engine stopped. Checked spark at coil pack, no spark. Any ideas before we tear into it and R&R randomly? Thanks.

Sorry, it's a Navajo, like the 2 door Explorer. 4.0L Haven't pulled any codes, don't have the equipment for that. Keeps blowing the EEC fuse when ignition switch is in run position. Obviously a short but where to start looking. How do you replace the ignition switch?

I would start by checking for shorts to ground for any circuit thats powered when the switch is turned to run. Have you tried posting this in our Explorer forum, they should have more information than the BII forum.
