Smile September meeting

Toyota Hauler(Bob) owns a store in Lisle, and he suggested that maybe we could hold a Chapter meeting there. He said that there is plenty of parking available, and there are restaurants nearby. I think this sounds like a good idea. How about meeting on Saturday evening, Sept. 10, at around 7 PM? Is that day and location OK with everyone who plans on attending our Sept. meeting? I'm not sure of the exact address of Toyota Hauler's store, but I will get them from him and post the directions on this thread.

September

Sounds like a great opportunity for the Chapter. Unfornately for me, been working most week ends. Will be driving to visit my Daughter and help her fix up her house. Have another elder relative close to passing, lost one a couple of weeks ago. More good news?, my niece survived an ATV accident and is in a wheel chair for a bit til, she's stronger. Life has been busy and crap in the past month.

I could use a Chapter meeting to say Hi and visit with everyone.

Hey Ron, sorry to hear about the bad news. Hopefully things will start going better for you. If you get any free time on the weekend of Sept.17-18, we are having the Chapter meeting on Sat. Sept.17 at 7 PM in Lisle, and the truck show is on Sunday the 18th at 1 PM at Sundown Meadows.

Chapter meeting

I'll have to let the owners know I'd like to be off that week end.

Normally, if I don't work, I'm usually "on call" if a problem happens.

Business has been great for us in the past month or two, with large increases in volume.

I'm working this Saturday and driving down to see my Daughter Sunday and her first house.

I have contacted the site numerous times to have JohnT's screen name set up as Chapter Leader and mine dropped, but nothing yet.

Keep up the great work John!

I am trying to make it out there for the weekend
Can you find another location?
I am sorry for posting so late about not being able to furnish my store for the meeting

There is going to be a slight change in plans concerning this month's Chapter meeting. Since, toyota hauler's furniture store is not going to be available on Sat. Sept. 17, we are going to move the meeting to Sunday the 18th at Sundown Meadows. We will hold the meeting in conjunction with our truck show that day. The meeting time will be 1 PM. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If by chance the weather is bad that day, we will still meet at Sundown Meadows, but we will leave from there and go to the nearest restaurant and hold the meeting there. Does anyone know of any decent restaurants in that area where we could hold the meeting, just in case that is necessary?

Rain

Everyone could meet at Ledo's Pizza on the EAST side of rt. 45/La Grange road and SOUTH of 55th street. They usually have enough room and video games for the kids.
