Here's a suggestion for the chapter member's galleries,
just use the same system as FTE uses (I really like how you can sort with it)

OR ask the FTE webmaster to add "Chapter" to the sortable criteria !!!!

We are just going to use the personal user galleries you get with your FTE user name. That way everyone has control over their own pictures.
