I had the 6 disc changer, which I took out after I installed the Ipod. It works pretty good. You get a much better connection (sound) than with a FM modulator. It's a little on the pricey side, but you can uninstall it and use it in another vehicle if you sell your expedition. You would just need to buy a compatable wiring harness for the new vehicle ($10). I also highly recoomend this

It too is a little pricey, but is the best mount by far. Mounts at the perfect height, is very stable and swivels.
