Low Idle

Sometimes when I start my 1999 explorer with 96,000 miles after a long trip like it seems like it isn't getting enough gas, it just like clunks away and will kick on after a few minutes, I can step on the gas and it revs the engine but then it was stall, I think it does it when it gets hot. I had a complete tune up 2 months ago, plugs & wires, air Filter, Fuel Filter. not sure whats causing this, has anyone come across this problem.

sounds like the idle speed control motor is sticking.its on top of the intake assy.try cleaning it.also check for a large vac. leak
