Just recieved a copy of a vacuum dia. from "unreg". Thanks again. Does anyone know where I can find out the meaning to some of the abbreveations on the sticker. re: air bvp, vrdv, tvs, vdv, and so on. Unlike some here who think that just pulling off all lines except dist. and brake booster. I know for a fact my baby runs stronger and smoother, with the more vac. lines I have hooked up. Assuming they're hooked up in the right place. Quick test, plug your egr hose, and drive her for a full tank or so. Night and day. Well any help would be appreciated.

(VRDV) - vacuum retard delay valve
(tvs) - thermal vacuum switch
(VDV) - vacuum delay valve
(air BVP) - air bypass vacuum port?
The tough part is identifying which is which...the tvs on my setup on my '79 300 is a white deal that mounts to the air cleaner assembly. vacuum retard delay valve and vacuum delay valve should be little "do-hickies" in line with the vacuum lines. Buy the Haynes manual on emissions - it will help. I got the best information by going to the junk yard and following vacuum lines on similar year engines. -I actually obtained some of those "do-hickies" that way. Good Luck
