8.8 Worth Rebuilding?

8.8 Worth Rebuilding?
Hi all I've got a 95 f-150 with I believe an 8.8 rear end (the truck is 4 wheel drive.) The rear end has a whole lot of slop in it, I can turn the driveshaft probably between 1/8 of a turn until it catches. Would it be worth rebuilding or should I go junk yardin until I find another one thats in better shape?

When i put er in gear theres a loud cling/slam. Also when i'm goin down the road and if I let off the gas, it takes the rear end a few seconds to catch up with the rest of the drivetrain slowin down. If I'm just barely movin at all and push on the gas and let off and push on it, it slams again. Feels like its worn out.
