flat blk?
you can add flattening agent to clear or paint to get a flat look or even semi gloss depending on how much you add. Just make sure it will be compatable with whatever you used for the flat black on your truck. Paint systems are designed to work together, and putting over someone elses products can be a risk. I sprayed a mirror for my dad, and had some black spray paint, and leftover automotive clearcoat. The clear is still nice and glossy where it adhered, but most of it delaminated. I haven't had problems yet using an automotive basecoat from one manufacturer and using a universal clearcoat over it, but if you want to be sure the products will work together, you shouldn't mix brands and follow the recommendations in the product sheets for your paint.
