Speedometer bounces when applying brake

I have an F250. Just recently had a new engine put in and now when I apply the brakes the speedometer starts jumping around. Any ideas.

What year is your truck? Motor? All things that should be included when troubleshooting. No one can help you if you don't help us a little first.

2000 f250 superduty automatic. Had the engine replaced 6 months ago. supposed to be new..

sorry about the lack of info it is a 5.4 ltr.. I am haveing all kinds of electrical issues. My overdrive light is flashing. speedometer jumps when i hit the brakes I also posted the stalls or dies when i go into reverse. I guess this could all be related to the transmission issue that was in the other post.
