Will it fit...

Will aftermarket parts for a 5.0 EFI from a Mustang fit my 5.0 EFI in my F150???

Yes, for the most part, a 5.0 is a 5.0. Will they work on your truck? That's a different matter altogether. Here's another thread on the subject:

As is pointed out in the thread, a truck is heavier than a Mustang and is designed to use its power in a lower RPM range than the 'Stang. It has a different design intake that helps produce more low RPM torque, and a different cam. You have to be very careful in selecting what parts to use or you could screw up the driveabilty.

Or have drivability and no performance......

It would suck to spend all that money and not get anything out of it, other than less power.

What Mustang Mod part are you looking into using on your truck motor?

This would have been eaiser if you asked what won't fit. LOL


As tigerdan said a 5.0 is 5.0 so you don't have to worry to much about the parts fitting the motor, instead you have to worry about the parts fitting in the truck.
