I hope you know what I am talking about.I have a 77 F250 and the inter finder has a lot of rust. Looking at it it doesn't look that hard to change.
Will I get into allinment trouble not being a body man.

A good job on forward thinking your project ! yes, when you take the inner liner off, the possibilty of fender misalignment may happen. I would not be overly concerned about it though. Just do not move the truck once you removed the inner fender wells, if you roll it around the fender may bind and distort the fender and slide way out of place ...
Do not lean on it, or knock it around, and the replacement liner should go right back on. Just "snug " the liner bolts, stand back and look at the margin gaps between the doors and the fender, and at the grille shell, to be sure they havent changed. If they have, you will need to loosen up the liner/fender bolts (keep them a little snug, where you can move the fender, yet not let it fall off ) and reset your margins by slowly moving them around and tightening the bolts. It will not go real fast, and will take patience to complete. good luck to you, jmo
I WAS THINKING OF CHANGING MY PASSENGER SIDE INNER FENDER!! (same thing, bad rust /rot) I am glad I saw this, cuz I didnt know what the potential was with replacing it, now I know what to expect as far as fender alignment etc...
Thanks for your info, Greg.
