Windshield compatiblity question....
I need to know if the windshield out of a 1978 1 ton Ford truck will work in a 1975 half ton?

Thankz in advance...

almost ever part from 73-79 is interchangable

windsheild from 72-79 are the same.

Windshield compatiblity question....
Actually, it's 73-79. 67-72 are the same. Also, rear windows are interchangeable from 73-96.

1967-1979 all use the same windshield. :-) Park them side by side, you'll see!!!

Windshield compatiblity question....
I agree. 67-79 all the same. It's my business to know that kind of stuff. Back windows are different, though. 67-72 and 73-97. The only difference between 73-79 backglasses and 80-97 is thickness.

I always heard that the rear windows were the same from 73-96 ? So what is the correct answer then ?

Windshield compatiblity question....
yes and no, 73-79 thick, 80-97 thin. same shape, they do interchange though.
