registration possible w/o title?
ok guys, i've gotten myself into a bind where the only road worthy vehicle i have to drive has a problem- no title, at least yet, since somehow my aunt lost the POA for my grandfather, who is who the car did belong to (i have a bunch of old registration slips and such, i was planning to do a purged bill of sale because the state purged this cars title about 10 years ago). and i was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get the state of colorado to allow me to register the car w/o the title? or possibly another way of getting a title that wont take terribly long? thanks
