Pretty sure they are aftermarket items. We stock the Ford handles in the factory colors, black, white, brilliant red, smoke grey and dark blue. Factory hanldes with the factory paint etc.

I have the Putco chrome covers on my '05 f350 cc and have had no problems. I purchased them at my local aftermarket shop, and they are available on ebay. Good luck.
P.S. I originally wanted the Stainless steel version and the guy in the store suggested the "chrome" plastic because the stainless reportedly gets hot enough to burn your fingers in the summer.
Im going to assume you do not have a crew cab? if you do im ordering mine tomorow as i think those are awesome. are they covers or actual replacement handles that require removing the old handle?
Putco is what I have. These are covers that look real good on the doors.Do a search for: chrome door handle covers...you will find some good links on where to purchase them. The dealership also has after market products, but check on cost to get the best deal.
efoster_01 Mine is a crew cab, the putco ones are chromed plastic covers. Seem to be pretty good quality. I just put them on a couple days ago, I also got the putco chrome mirror covers $77.69 with light cutouts. They accent each other nicely.
