Have 5.4 sc. Wanted to get a dual exhaust system. Who has one.

 

I don't think I have seen any company that is offering a true dual catback system . but your local muffler shop should be able to fab on up for you with no problem seeing as how these trucks come with 2 cat converters . just pick your mufflers . and from personal knowledge if you put tips on there spend the extra money and go stainless

Are you blowing the motor to. If your not you will be sorry you went with true dual's because you will lose a lot off bottom end power. and that's the place the 5.4 28V makes it power down low do your self a favor and dont do it
to have any gains with duals you need some thing like 360 HP to rear wheel's

Have seen dyno numbers on true duals ( not in the F150). It seemed the best results were when a crossover pipe was welded between the left and right pipes before the mufflers.

 

thanks for the info. What exhaust system do you suggest. I was thinking about the bassani or magnaflow.
