Driveline Noise
I have 2002 F-250 with a 6" lift in the front and a 8" in the back w/35" BFG M/T's that was installed at 400 miles. The truck now has just shy of 40K miles and a driveline noise/vibration has started. I have towed 7-10K lbs for about 10K of these miles. I don't feel any slop in the U-joints. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I had a bad U joint at 50K. Small squeak at low speeds, no squeak when backing up. noise went away as speed got above 10 Mph. there was no play in the u joint either. It was the rear joint. Some thing to look at.
