I was in PA. over the weekend and I bought a hitch-haul cargo platform that plugs into my 2" receiver, after I assembeled it I pluged it in and it was wobbely as hell, so I returned it, has anyone had this problem? Thanks
Mine was the same way. Just the way some of them are. I used the snot out it and never had any real problems other than it being a little wobbley. Some of the new ones have the J pins. Haven't tried those, but seems like it would work.
You need an "anti-rattle" bracket for your hitch. They cost $10-15 and mount on the metal bar that inserts in the hitch. You then screw the bolt and nut until it's tight.
It will also keep a normal hitch from banging around when there is no weight on it.

Oh, it's not just rattle, like your ball mount does unloaded. It has quite a bit of movement to it. At each end of the rack it will go up and down about 1 - 1 1/2 inches.
